We empower youth to develop essential social emotional skills while building their leadership potential. We combine evidence-based social emotional learning with hands-on leadership experiences, including community service projects, and peer facilitation opportunities.

We provide mental wellness support to our participants. We use group coaching to support overall wellbeing. We believe there id transformative power of personal narratives.

We expose youth to various lucrative career trades (e.g. , barbering , carpentry, hairstyling) to explore differnet businessess and careers with minority entrepreneurs if college is not their first choice

We help young adults build inter- and interpersonal skills such as effective communication skills, and professional etiquette.
